MP Digital Studio

Every great relationship starts with a conversation.

Twenty years of experience in Italian grocery retail. From there comes the first project: the digital shop assistant.

How I work

I believe in concrete products, simple interfaces and automation that gives people their time back.Nothing more, nothing less.

Anthropic·Gemini·Next.js·OpenAI·WhatsApp Cloud API
The digital shop assistant

Imagine a colleague who never stops.

Never off sick, never on holiday, never clocks off in the evening. It takes customers at any hour, brings their requests to the right counter and tells you everything, the good and the bad.

It takes work away from no one: it does what nobody does today, because there is no time.

It bridges the store and the customer. It is always on, 7 days a week. The counters answer during store hours.

What I do

Four ways of working. One single sector.

The method was born in grocery retail, where I have twenty years of trade behind me. That is where I am at my best, from design to code, with no middlemen.

Conversational assistants

The digital shop assistant

AI assistants that talk to store customers on the channel they already use every day. Defined scope, predictable behaviour, AI Act compliant transparency.

Operational automation

Store processes

Counter bookings, alerts to the right department, and a request left sitting climbs on its own until it reaches someone who can unblock it. Built on how the store actually works, not on how it should.

Consulting

Where to start

Feasibility analysis, scope definition, model selection, AI Act and GDPR compliance. What to build, in what order, and above all what not to build.

Launch and adoption

Getting customers to know it

In-store posters, the WhatsApp channel, materials for staff. A tool customers do not know about produces nothing: the launch is part of the work, not a service to buy afterwards.

Claudio is the first project born from this method, and not the only one the method allows. If you run a business where customers keep asking the same things and someone has to answer, let's talk.

Why WhatsApp

The channel customers already have

You don't have to convince anyone to download an app or learn something new. Claudio lives where people already write every day, to their kids, their friends, at work: WhatsApp.

3.3Bmonthly active users worldwide. It is the most used messaging app on the planet.
90%of Italians online (ages 16-64) use it every month: the number one platform in Italy.
180+countries where WhatsApp is available. It covers tourists too, whom Claudio serves in their own language.
0apps to download and no new account. The customer uses what is already in their pocket.

As simple as texting a friend

No download, no sign-up, nothing to learn. The customer opens the same chat they always use and writes in their own words, even by voice or with a photo. The technology works behind the scenes: what is left in front is the most natural thing in the world, a conversation. That is why even older people use it, the ones who struggle with apps.

The first project

Ciao Claudio™

The digital shop assistant of your supermarket.

Claudio is the supermarket's digital shop assistant and it lives on WhatsApp, where customers already write every day. It bridges the store and the customer: it books at the fresh counters, takes questions to the departments and brings the answers back. What it does not know, it asks someone who does.

Running since 15 June 2026

In production today

  • Books at the seven fresh counters (bakery, charcuterie, deli, fishmonger, butcher, greengrocer and sushi) and at the wine department. The counter confirms, the customer collects without queuing.
  • Suggests a pairing when it makes sense: the side dish with the fish, the bread with the lasagne. One per conversation, always as a question, never if the customer is in a hurry or has already said no.
  • Takes the customer's question to the right person in the store and comes back with the answer of someone who really knows that counter.
  • Replies on WhatsApp to written messages, voice notes and photos, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When the store is closed it records the request and takes it to the counter at opening.
  • Replies with its own voice too: if the customer sends a voice note, Claudio answers with a voice note.
  • Speaks the customer's language. If a tourist writes in English, French, German, Spanish or Polish, Claudio replies in their language and acts as an interpreter with the counters: the request always reaches the staff in Italian, and the answer comes back to the customer translated.
  • Connects to the systems the store already uses, when needed. For example it picks up online grocery orders from the mailbox and takes them straight to the right person in store. It asks you to change nothing: it sits alongside what is already there, like a second door.
  • Department QR codes in store: the customer scans the poster at the counter and the chat opens.
  • Keeps the customer's shopping list and home pantry, and reminds them when needed.
  • Sends every booking to the department with a link that puts it in the calendar with one tap.
  • A panel for management with what comes out of the conversations: customer habits, service ratings, and the products asked for and not found. A request nobody handles is a lost sale.
  • On allergen questions it always refers back to the product label.

Claudio does not replace the counter, it reaches it. When it does not know something it does not invent it: it goes and asks the person who does, and comes back to the customer with the answer. That is exactly what a shop assistant does.

Made for the store

Claudio is that store's shop assistant, not a piece of software with a name on it. Name, face and way of speaking are chosen together: customers should recognise him as one of their own, not as a supplier's assistant.

I design and write him myself, from the character to the words he uses. One store, its own assistant.

Architectural principle

Two Doors. One Store. Claudio doesn't replace existing tools: he opens a second door, conversational and relational.

The store's memory

It is not a promotional channel.
It's the digital memory of the store.

Every event, action and interaction that happens in the store is collected, organised and turned into useful knowledge for better decisions.

Collects·Organises·Stores·Transforms

What it remembers

  • What the counter has on offer, updated every day: specials, daily deals and department notes.
  • Customer interactions
  • Products asked for and not found
  • Promotions and campaigns
  • Feedback and reviews

How it works

  • Collects data from digital and physical touchpoints
  • Organises it in a structured, consistent way
  • Keeps it in an always-accessible history
  • Makes it available in real time for decisions
  • Builds a bond with the customer: it recognises them when they come back and always treats them with professionalism and courtesy.

What it's for

  • Understanding real in-store behaviour
  • Cutting friction and waiting times for the customer
  • Improving how the fresh counters are organised
  • Optimising assortments, displays and promotions
  • Making decisions based on real data, not gut feeling

The benefits

  • Orders landing at the fresh counters, where the margin is higher
  • An option for people short on time: they get fresh without queuing
  • Greater operational effectiveness
  • Better customer satisfaction

It is not

  • A pushy marketing channel
  • A traditional CRM
  • Just reporting

It's the store's memory. The data asset that tells the real story, every day. So that what happens in store is never lost, but becomes value.

All data is aggregated at store level and processed under Regulation (EU) 2016/679. No information relates to the individual performance of staff members.

Claudio Vision 2026-2028

A roadmap in four phases.
Every phase stands on its own.

Claudio is not a chatbot. It is a platform that grows in stages. Today it understands written and voice messages on WhatsApp; in the following phases it returns data to management, gains a voice of its own, and enters the physical store. Each phase builds on the previous one, and a client can stop at any phase and keep full operational value.

Four phases planned over three years. Three are already active.

What it does
A digital assistant for every store of the chain: same identity, different faces
Benefit for the store
Each customer has 'their own' assistant who follows them over time. An emotional bond is born that brings people back not just for shopping, but for that relationship
Central thesis
Claudio's value doesn't lie in current technical capabilities, but in the growth trajectory they enable.

A single store stops where it needs to. The later phases exist for those with several stores: they are not a required path and not a spending commitment.

Hi, I'm Malgorzata.
I build AI that people understand instantly.

20 years in retail·AI Builder·Salento, IT

I was born in Poland and have lived in Salento for over twenty years. Two languages, two cultures, one vision: technology should simplify, not complicate.

For twenty years I worked inside large-scale retail. I lived first-hand the problems I'm now solving with Claudio: the customer who can't find anyone at the counter, the assistant overwhelmed with requests, the grandmother who can't use the supermarket app, the manager who decides without data.

Then I studied automation, conversational AI and intelligent workflows, and learned to design systems that create real value for real businesses.

Twenty years inside the store + a vision on where technology is going. This is the combination MP Digital Studio is built on: AI that solves real problems, because the one who designs it has lived them.

What I really believe. the best technology is the one people understand instantly.

The method

How I work.

Three principles that hold for every project, from the first day to the last.

Applied AI

No slides, no hype. Just artificial intelligence that produces measurable results.

Forward vision

I build today the digital products businesses will use tomorrow.

A single point of contact

No chain of account managers: you talk directly to the person who designs and writes the code.

Vision
Technology should make people's lives simpler,
not harder.
