1. Who processes your data

The data controller is MP Digital Studio di Malgorzata Pajak, registered at Via Valle dell'Idro 2, 73020 Casamassella, Uggiano la Chiesa (LE), Italia, VAT number 05478050759.

For any matter concerning your personal data you can write to malgorzata_pajak@libero.it.

No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions set out in Article 37 of the Regulation do not apply.

2. What data we collect

This site collects two kinds of data.

• Data you provide: name, email address, company name and the content of your message, when you fill in the contact form or write to us by email or WhatsApp.
• Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the visit. These are recorded in the hosting provider's technical logs and serve the security and correct operation of the site.

3. Why we process it

Each processing operation has a specific purpose and a legal basis.

• To reply to your request and assess a possible collaboration. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request, Article 6(1)(b).
• To ensure the security, stability and diagnostics of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f).
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations, when the contact becomes a professional relationship. Legal basis: legal obligation, Article 6(1)(c).

Your data is not used for marketing, profiling or unsolicited commercial communications, and it is never sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

4. If you choose not to provide it

Providing the data requested in the form is optional. Without a name, an email address and a message, however, we cannot reply to you.

5. Who it is shared with

Your data is not disseminated. It may be processed on our behalf by the providers that make the site and our communications possible, appointed as data processors under Article 28 of the Regulation.

• Vercel Inc., provider of the site's hosting and related technical logs.
• The provider of the mailbox used to receive messages and reply to them.
• Public authorities and supervisory bodies, only in the cases required by law.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the provider's adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the safeguards set out in Articles 44 and following of the Regulation.

7. How long we keep it

• Messages received through the form, by email or WhatsApp: 24 months from the last contact, unless a professional relationship has begun in the meantime.
• Data and documents linked to a professional relationship: for as long as required by civil and tax obligations, normally ten years.
• Technical logs of the site: no longer than twelve months.

8. Your rights

Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation give you the right to obtain access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

To exercise them, simply write to malgorzata_pajak@libero.it. We reply without undue delay and in any case within one month of the request.

9. Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your data infringes the Regulation, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome, or follow the procedure set out at garanteprivacy.it.

10. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

11. Minors

This site is aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under sixteen. Should we become aware of it, we delete it.

12. Cookies

The site uses only one technical cookie, needed to remember the language you selected. Details are in the cookie policy, reachable from the link at the bottom of this page.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the last update date shown at the top.
